EmpowHER Retreats was born from a bold vision: to create sacred, soul-stirring spaces where women come home to themselves. Founded by Sarah Whyte and Tess Uddenback slack a seasoned event planners and certified change coach, EmpowHER is more than a retreat—it’s a movement.
We bring together women navigating pivotal life transitions—menopause, heartbreak, career shifts, body image, and rebirth—and guide them back to their inner fire. Through curated experiences like forest therapy, cacao ceremonies, breathwork, and soulful sisterhood, we empower women to shed old stories, reclaim their voice, and rise fully in their power.
